Nice and help full staff, good location,parking, clean comfortable bed and bath. Not luxury but very good value for the price anywhere but especially for this area. About 35 minutes from woods hole ferry. Recommend

A nice hotel with lots around to do. The staff was polite and helpful. Just be warned there is a large flood light on all night to help protect the cars in the parking lot. With the blinds closed it's not a big deal.

good experience. priced right . we were able to check in early and the rosewood is just minutes from the beaches and restaurants. room was very clean, just a little musty odor, but after the air conditioner went on everything was great .fridge and microwave worked great and very quiet. great customer service

I stayed for one night at Rosewood. The staff is very friendly there. I was allowed to check in late which is very helpful. Room was clean and well put together. The price was a bit high for one night, but I can't complain too much as the service and cleanliness made up for it!

Time to stop. The room was clean and nice. The shower is quite small but hot water was good. No problem with anything in room. Some noise outside but I opened the door and they saw me and noise stopped rest of the night. I believe they …

This was the perfect place to spend the night for a quick visit to the Cape! Our room had all the basic amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. It was quite at night and close to a lot of great restaurants and the highway. The price you couldn't beat compared to more expensive hotels int he area! We took 2 cars and were able to leave one in the parking lot after we checked and and went to the beach. We were also able to check early after our long drive!

I recently stayed at the Rosewood Motel after doing a great amount of research on line. I had to be in the area for a uncertain time due to a family illness and found myself faced with limited vacancies and very high prices due to the summer season and the many attractions of the Cape. I wish there was a way to expunge all the negative reviews of the past years as obviously ownership must have changed. My room was quiet, comfortable, VERY clean, with fresh bath linens every day and the bed made. It was very simple/basic in its decor and small, but efficient with a generously sized refrigerator and microwave, A/C, and also windows that actually opened, which is always preferable in my mind. The other patrons were quiet and respectful, obviously attracted to the reasonable prices and convenient location right off Hwy 6 -- which may sound noisy but in fact was really quiet after 10pm or so. Management/assistance was available 24 hours. It really was a perfect location for my needs so I am giving the Rosewood 5 stars. When you visit the Cape, which I have done many times, it can be fun to stay at a fancier place but in reality, one spends very little time in a hotel. I would rather spend my money on lobster rolls!! I was very happy with my choice and if I have the need/opportunity to come back again, I will definitely plan to stay at the Rosewood again.

The Rosewood was a very clean and neat accommodation. The room was clean (bathroom spotless) bed passed inspection with flying colors. We were in Wareham overnight or a family Celebration of Life event, the Rosewood more than delivered for our needs. Thank you!
